Atlantic Beach-

Join us for live music by Robert McDuffy and a s’mores roasting zone from 7 – 9 p.m. at the Circle on Monday, July 4, 2022. Firepits will be stationed on the beach, and smores’ kits will be available for purchase. Afterward, fireworks will begin promptly at 9 p.m. The fireworks are set off from the beachfront and can be seen throughout Town.

Beaufort- 

The Beaufort Business Association is hosting the annual Fourth of July festivities in the Town of Beaufort. Beaufort’s annual Fireworks takes place Monday, July 4th at 9 pm. Fireworks may be viewed from all over town. 

Bogue-

The towns of Bogue, Cape Carteret, Cedar Point, Emerald Isle and Peletier are pleased to present the inaugural Western Carteret Fireworks Celebration on Sunday, July 3, 2022, co-sponsored by Emerald Isle Realty and presented by Mac Daddy’s. 

Events kick off at 6 p.m., with live entertainment by Spare Change at Mac Daddy’s and a variety of food trucks selling delicious food and drinks. At 7:30 p.m., the National Anthem will be played, and the U.S. Marine Corps will conduct a military fly over. The National Anthem will once again be held at 8:55 p.m. leading up to the grand fireworks celebration at 9 p.m. 

Camp Lejeune- 

Join us as we celebrate America’s 246th Birthday at the Camp Lejeune. Enjoy live music, food, and a spectacular fireworks display. This year’s entertainment features Camp Lejeune’s very own 2d Marine Division Band and headlining the event will be the Eli Young Band. This event is free and open to DoD cardholders and their guests only. In case of inclement weather, this event will not be rescheduled.

Greenville- 

The City of Greenville will host its Independence Day Celebration on Monday, July 4, at the Town Common. Food trucks, vendors, live music, beer garden & more. Fun kicks off at 3PM, fireworks to being around 9:15 PM. 

Havelock- 

The Havelock Freedom Festival starts at 5 PM on July 4th at City Park. Vendors, games, live music, and more. Fireworks begin at 9 PM. 

Jacksonville- 

Come join us for the annual Freedom Festival at Onslow Pines Park. Enjoy live music, a kids zone, food trucks, and more with fireworks to begin at 9 PM. 

Kinston-

Watch the Down East Wood Ducks take on the Kannapolis Cannonballers on Sunday July 3rd! July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza!! First pitch is at 6PM. Fireworks after the game.  

Maysville- 

Town of Maysville Annual July 4th Celebration. We will have live music from Joe Brown and the Band, food, and of course fireworks! Fun starts at 6PM at Frost Park. Fireworks start around 9PM. 

New Bern- 

Come celebrate Independence Day with Tryon Palace! The following commemorative festivities will begin at 9 AM and conclude at Noon, on July 4th: Parade of Fife and Drum Corps and 1st NC Regiment of the Continental Line to the Palace’s South Lawn, followed by a reading of the Declaration of Independence on the Palace’s south steps, a Fife and Drum concert and a firing of muskets by the 1st NC Regiment. All Day – Representatives from the 1st NC Regiment will be at the military encampment on the Palace grounds.

The Annual 4th of July Celebration and Fireworks show will be held on Monday, July 4th at Lawson Creek Park in New Bern, NC. This event is free! Gates open at 5:30pm. Live Entertainment, featuring the Jan Michael Fields Band begins at 6:30pm. The Fireworks show starts around 9:15pm. There will be plenty of food, fun, games and activities for the entire family! The fireworks show can also be viewed from Union Point Park, behind Tryon Palace and along the Riverwalk.

Pikeville- 

Pikeville’s Annual July 4th Celebration! Join us for fun, food, music and fireworks! Food trucks on site! Fun starts at 6 pm with fireworks at 9pm!

Surf City- 

Join us for this annual tradition on July 3rd to celebrate Independence Day! We kick things off with a live band and food trucks at 6pm and fireworks at 9pm at Soundside Park!  

Swansboro- 

The Town of Swansboro regrets to announce that the July 4th Fireworks Display originally planned for Monday evening July 4th, has been canceled due to the devastating loss of the vendor’s warehouse.  Music by the TAMS will still be held from 6-10pm at the Pavilion

There will be a couple of food/snack vendors and we encourage patrons to visit the downtown restaurants. 

Washington- 

Celebrate 4th of July with us! All are invited to join us for a beautiful waterfront fireworks show in downtown Washington at Mac Hodges Festival Park! Fireworks will begin at 9 pm. Don’t forget your chairs and blankets!

Wilmington- 

The City of Wilmington invites residents and visitors to the annual July Fourth celebration, hosted at Live Oak Bank Pavilion at Riverfront Park, to enjoy live music, entertainment, food, fireworks, and more on Monday, July 4. This year’s event, Wilmington Pops 4th of July Celebration!, will feature the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra (WSO). Fireworks will take place in downtown Wilmington beginning at 9:05 p.m. Fireworks will be shot from a barge located at the convergence of the Cape Fear & Northeast Cape Fear Rivers, just north of the USS Battleship North Carolina, and will be viewable along the downtown riverfront. Wilmington Pops 4th of July Celebration! is free and open to the public.
